①Copper Solution与 PBS Diluent可置于2-8℃长期保存,若发现污染浑浊则应丢弃;BCA Solution在低温条件下出现结晶沉淀时,可37℃温育使其完全溶解,不影响使用;

③BCA法测定蛋白含量不受绝大部分样品中化学物质的影响,样品中5% SDS、5% Triton X-100、5% Tween20、60、80等常用浓度去垢剂不影响检测结果,但EDTA和EGTA等螯合剂、DTT和巯基乙醇等还原剂和脂类会影响检测结果,需确保EDTA低于10 mM、无EGTA、二硫苏糖醇低于1 mM、巯基乙醇低于0.01%;若样品含有较多干扰物质且本身背景值较高,建议使用Bradford法蛋白含量检测试剂盒(Cat AKPR015)。
