Detection Principle
土壤α-葡萄糖苷酶能够分解对-硝基苯-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷生成对-硝基苯酚，产物在400 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可表征土壤α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性。

①若A测定或ΔA测定超出标准吸光值线性范围：高于最高值建议将上清液适当稀释后再进行测定；低于最低值建议适当增加样本量或延长酶促反应时间（37℃反应时间）后再进行测定，计算时相应修改；
