Detection Principle
土壤N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶能够分解对硝基苯-β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷生成对硝基苯酚，产物在400 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可表征土壤N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶的活性。
