

①若A测定或∆A测定超出标准吸光值线性范围:高于最高值建议适当扩大上清液稀释倍数后再进行测定;低于最低值建议适当增加样本量或延长酶促反应时间后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
②显色完成后应在1 h内完成测定,测定管颜色应为蓝色(与标准管颜色一致),若显色为黄色或绿色,则表明NH3-N浓度过高,减少样本量或扩大上清液稀释倍数后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
③无土样管为基质自分解对照管,测定管上清液稀释倍数不变则无土样管只需测定1-2次,若改变上清液稀释倍数则需要重新测定无土样管1-2次(稀释倍数一致);
