Detection Principle
类黄酮与铝离子能够在碱性亚硝酸盐溶液中形成红色络合物,产物在510 nm处具有特征吸收峰,通过吸光值变化即可定量检测植物类黄酮的含量。

  • 信号响应: 递增型

①若A测定或∆A测定超出标准吸光值线性范围:高于最高值建议将待测样本使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定;低于最低值建议适当增加样本量重新提取后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;

②提取液中含有蛋白沉淀组分,样本蛋白浓度测定需使用PBS单独提取后再进行测定;
