Detection Principle
单宁在275 nm处具有特征吸收峰,活性炭能够特异吸附单宁,通过测定275 nm处吸光值变化即可定量检测单宁的含量。

  • 注:不同仪器及比色材质会对结果产生影响,以实际测定值为准。
Notices

①若测定吸光值超出标准线性吸光值范围:高于最高值建议将待测样本使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定,低于最低值建议适当增加样本量或调整提取液加入量重新提取后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;

②样本蛋白浓度测定需使用PBS单独提取后再进行测定;
