Detection Principle
无机磷盐能够与钼酸铵反应生成磷钼酸，进一步被硫酸亚铁还原为蓝色化合物，产物在660 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可定量检测土壤无机磷的含量。
