Detection Principle
β-1,3葡聚糖酶能够内切昆布多糖中的β-1,3-葡萄糖苷键产生还原末端，进一步与DNS反应生成棕红色化合物，产物在540 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可表征β-1,3葡聚糖酶的活性。
