Detection Principle
丙酮酸能够与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应生成丙酮酸-2,4-二硝基苯腙，在碱性溶液中进一步被氧化为棕红色物质，产物在520 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值变化即可定量检测丙酮酸的含量。

Notices
①血液样本抗凝剂建议使用肝素钠-氟化钠，抗凝血样本应低温保存并尽快分离血浆；
②若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围：高于最高值建议将待测样本适当稀释后再进行测定，低于最低值建议适当增加样本量后再进行测定，计算时相应修改；
③提取液中含有蛋白沉淀剂，若采用蛋白浓度方式计算，需使用PBS重新提取再测定蛋白浓度；
注： 为保证结果准确且避免试剂损失，测定前请仔细阅读说明书（以实际收到说明书为准），确认试剂储存和准备是否充分，操作步骤是否清楚，且务必取2-3个预期差异交的样本进行预测定，过程中问题请您及时与工作人员联系。
