Detection Principle
黄嘌呤及黄嘌呤氧化酶反应系统能够产生超氧阴离子(O2-),O2-可还原氮蓝四唑生成甲臜,产物在560 nm处具有特征吸收峰;SOD可清除O2-,从而抑制甲臜的形成,反应液颜色越深,表明SOD活性愈低,反之活性越高,通过吸光值的变化即可表征超氧化物歧化酶的活性。
