Detection Principle
超氧阴离子能够氧化盐酸羟胺生成NO2-,NO2-在对氨基苯磺酸和α-萘胺的作用下,生成红色偶氮化合物,产物在530 nm处具有特征吸收峰,根据吸光值变化即可定量检测O2-的含量。

①若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围:高于最高值建议将待测样本使用提取液适当稀释后再进行测定,低于最低值建议适当增加样本量后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;

②样本提取后应立即测定,请勿将待测样本长时间低温保存,以免影响测定结果;

③氯仿具有一定毒性,建议在通风橱中进行操作,并做好相应防护措施;
