Detection Principle
蛋白质能够在强碱性溶液中与双缩脲试剂形成紫色络合物，产物在540 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可定量检测蛋白含量。

- 注：不同仪器及比色材质会对结果产生影响，以实际测定值为准。
Notices
①待测样本蛋白浓度须在0.5-10 mg/mL范围内，正式测定应取1-2个差异样本进行预实验，确保蛋白浓度在此范围内，低于0.5 mg/mL则不能使用此法测定，高于10 mg/mL或吸光值大于0.4应使用Extract Solution适当稀释后再进行测定，计算时相应修改。
注： 为保证结果准确且避免试剂损失，测定前请仔细阅读说明书（以实际收到说明书为准），确认试剂储存和准备是否充分，操作步骤是否清楚，且务必取2-3个预期差异交的样本进行预测定，过程中问题请您及时与工作人员联系。
