Detection Principle
胰蛋白酶能够催化N-苯甲酰-L-精氨酸乙酯（N-benzoyl-L-arginine-ethylester，BAEE）中酯键水解，生成N-苯甲酰-L-精氨酸（N-benzoyl-L-arginine，BA），产物在253 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可表征胰蛋白酶的活性。

Notices
①若A2测定大于1.5或∆A大于0.15，建议将粗酶液适当稀释后再进行测定；若∆A小于0.01，建议适当增加样本量或延长酶促反应时间后再进行测定，计算时相应修改；
②准确在10 s和70 s处完成吸光值测定，以保证实验结果的准确性和重复性；
注： 为保证结果准确且避免试剂损失，测定前请仔细阅读说明书（以实际收到说明书为准），确认试剂储存和准备是否充分，操作步骤是否清楚，且务必取2-3个预期差异交的样本进行预测定，过程中问题请您及时与工作人员联系。
