①样品处理过程应在冰上迅速完成,提取后待测样本应置于冰上保存且建议当天完成测定;
②试剂一中含有蛋白质沉淀剂,待测样本不能用于蛋白浓度测定,需另取组织使用1×PBS或生理盐水按照与待测样本相同的样本浓度重新提取后,再进行蛋白含量测定;
③若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围:高于最高值建议将待测样本使用试剂一适当稀释后再进行测定;低于最低值建议制备更高浓度样本后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
