①样品处理等过程均需要在冰上进行以免失活,粗酶液制备完成后须当天完成测定;
②测定细胞中GST活性时,细胞数目建议在300-500万之间,细胞中GST的提取时可加试剂一后研磨或超声波处理,不能用细胞裂解液处理细胞;
③若测定吸光度大于1,建议将粗酶液使用蒸馏水稀释后再进行测定,计算时相应修改;
④准确在10 s和310 s处完成读数,以保证实验结果的准确性;若使用96孔UV板测定,需使用多道移液器且分批进行测定,以确保组间反应时间一致;
