Detection Principle
植物蛋白提取试剂盒（Plant Total Protein Extraction Kit）提供了一种简单、方便的从植物组织中抽提蛋白的方法，Lysis Buffer中含有Protease Inhibitors，作用温和，可快速获得总蛋白，提取的蛋白适用于多种如免疫印迹实验等基础研究实验。

①实验过程，所有试剂都要需要预冷或者即融，保证操作过程中的低温环境；
②PSMF具有毒性且在水溶液中会快速降解，应现用现加，注意做好防护措施；
③Lysis Buffer中含有Protease Inhibitors，提取后植物蛋白不能用于蛋白激酶的研究
