Detection Principle
铵态氮在强碱介质中能够与次氯酸钠和苯酚反应，生成水溶性蓝色染料靛酚蓝，产物在630 nm处具有特征吸收峰，通过吸光值的变化即可定量检测植物铵态氮的含量。

①若测定吸光值超出标准吸光值线性范围：高于最高值建议将待测样本适当稀释后再进行测定，低于最低值建议适当增加样本量后再进行测定，计算时相应修改；
